When fitted correctly, you should be able to place a couple of fingers between collar and neck.

Ensure the collar is not so loose as to cause rubbing on shoulders or trapping of paws underneath.

If irritation occurs remove collar immediately.

To avoid rubbing, collar should be wrapped neatly around the pup's neck with edges aligned as shown in the attached image.

WARNING:  Puppy collars should be used with extreme caution and under supervision.  Check correct fit several times daily and adjust as needed.
