We are pleased to announce though that we will still be operating at full capacity to service all your needs and we will be continuing with our Covid Safe Plan, which we implemented quite a few months ago now, to keep our customers and staff safe.
As per Covid Regulations the following has been implemented:
Phone and Online orders – Delivery or Contactless pick up available – 03 59 405 576 www.petnetwork.com.au
Contactless Pick Ups – If you wish to use this service, please call us on your arrival 03 59 405 576 and we will bring your package out to you and place into the boot of your car. You are also welcome to come into store as long as the above guidelines are followed.
Delivery Times – We will continue to strive to get your orders out the same day, but there are still some delays in transit. We thank you for your patience. DUE TO RECENT COVID BORDER CLOSURES - WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT PARCELS WILL BE DELAYED BY AUS POST AND TNT DELIVERIES
Blade Sharpening Service – Our fabulous Blade Sharpener Dave is still operating. You can call him on 0403 575 868 to arrange posting your blades for sharpening.
