Tackle your mats and tangles with Mat Blaster Plus
Specially formulated with super skin and coat conditioners, cosmetic lanolin, highly refined mink oil and vegetable protein to condition all coats, leaving a light powdery fragrance in an easy to use re-useable bottle which is a propellant free spray package with an aerosol-quality spray. Designed to hold and protect coats from matting and tangling for up to 5 days when used as directed. Excellent for breaking down lacquers (ie poodles) and minimizing the damage caused by hair sprays, chalk and hair setting gels and lotions. Especially effective for holding the finer Maltese and Yorkies coats, double coated breeds such as Shih Tzus and some Lhasa Apsos, where conventional oils are too heavy.
WRAPPING COATS: Spray thoroughly and evenly into clean dry coat. Brush out all mats and tangles. Give ends a little extra treatment, as well as difficult areas which tend to mat easily, such as behind the ears, chests and and tummies. Wrap as usual. Coats should never be wrapped dry. Remove wraps and shampoo with your favourite Shampoo and Conditioner, blow dry and follow instructions for wrapping with Mat Blaster Plus.
SHOW PREPARATION: For short coated breeds such as Dobermans, Rottweilers, Beagles etc spray evenly over entire coat and buff with clean, dry terry towel or soft bristle brush to high shine. Minimises dandruff, shines coat without making the coat greasy or sticky and will not build up or attract dirt.
AS A DEMATTING AGENT: Never brush a dry coat. Saturate mats thoroughly, allow to sit for several minutes then carefully separate with your fingers. Free ends of coat first then work up hair shaft to roots until it is possible for brush to pass easily through the coat. Carefully brush out mats. This method will minimise breakage and subsequent hair loss.
