Delivery of Orders Most orders are despatched the next working day. Sometimes your location and stock availability can cause delays. We strive to despatch all orders within 7 working days. If this is not happening with your order, we will let you know. We will deliver orders absolutely anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or the rest of the World. Please note that we do not insure overseas parcels. No Minimum Order Quantity Every pet and pet owner deserves the same opportunity to benefit from our products. There is no minimum order amount with Pet Network. We appreciate your business no matter how large or small. Online with a Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard Whilst we provide a secure means of transmitting your credit card details to us, we understand that some people are still hesitant about doing this. Therefore you can phone your credit card details to us (during business hours). Send us a cheque or Money Order. Or, if you wish, you may deposit funds directly into our ANZ Bank account via online banking or in person at your bank. Low Freight Rates Because of our parcel volume, Pet Network offers the best freight charges in the country. Returns and Exchanges All returns or exchanges are by prior arrangement only. Goods being returned must be in original packagine and fit for re-sale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. No claims recognised after 14 days.
